Elisha MacMillan has worked with over 2000 women in the past 8 years using the sacred art of dance for empowerment, healing and transmutation. Sociologist, dancing medicine woman, certified life & business coach, international retreat facilitator and lover of beauty & freedom, Elisha believes in the power of dance to manifest, heal, strengthen community, and (re)connect us with our inner JOY!
She draws heavily from her experiences of living in Guinea, Mali and Ethiopia, while studying dance. Elisha has toured starring in Award-winning performances nationally & internationally during her career in African dance, and grew up studying classical dance forms.

Tanya Porter is a percussionist, drummer, actor, writer, dancer and certified yoga instructor. Owner and director of yoga studio and community sanctuary,The Inner Space (www.theinnerspace.ca), Tanya is passionate about the many benefits yoga can provide to all people including releasing past trauma or unprocessed emotion/energy so that we can experience deep peace & fulfillment. Tanya has been practising yoga for 19 years, and did a 10 year apprentice with Judith McCaffery, senior teacher in the Sivananda lineage.
Tanya’s drum story began in 1986, at the Ontario College of Percussion, where she studied kit jazz, blues, salsa, rock and funk. She has toured nationally and internationally over the past 25 years playing with acclaimed reggae, world beat, and Afro-beat bands. She has studied ancient rhythms with West African master drummers over the past 2 decades and will be providing the live sound-track to our dance journey’s at Wild Sacred Sexy Costa Rica!!
